The best time to plant date palm is between July and September. This plant can be planted in any type of soil. While planting these plants, it should be kept in mind that the distance between two date palm plants should be more than 8 meters. Date plants become capable of bearing fruits only after 3 years of planting. Date plants do not require much irrigation. But during summer season, watering should be done 15 to 20 days in a month. So during the winter season, watering once a month can also help.
